Tin Mill Hideout is located in downtown Hill City.  This historic building was the former Tin Mill Mining Company Assay Office.  Our guests can enjoy the sites of the beautiful Black Hills from our centrally located vacation rental.  The property was remodeled in 2009 and is currently the home of the Guinness World Record for the largest Teddy Bear Collection.  Tin Mill Hideout is a great economical alternative with 1 bedroom and 1 bath.  The Hideout will accommodate up to 5 with 1 queen, 1 twin and 1 pullout sofa.  Additional amenities include use of pool and hot tub at the Super 8, wireless internet and A/C.
